How do I choose my size?

Our tees run slim — if you're between sizes, size up. The hoodie is cut oversized and fits true to size. Bottoms have an elastic drawstring waist with a relaxed, adjustable fit. Full measurements are on our Size Chart. Still unsure? Email us with your height and weight and we'll point you to the right size.

How do I care for the fabric?

Our pieces are built on heavyweight cotton, made to hold their shape. Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the UU decal.

Will the UU decal crack or peel?

No. The decal is made with silicone multi-layered screen printing and high-frequency heat molding — flexible, durable, and wash-resistant. It's built to outlast the garment's heaviest use.

Where is Untamed Utterance made?

UU is a California brand. Every piece is cut and sewn in Taiwan, where production is supervised piece by piece — pattern, sample, and final run.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99. We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for size exchanges and defective items, where we cover the return label. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

Got the wrong size?

Send it back within 14 days — unworn, original packaging intact. We'll cover the return label and send the correct size once the condition is confirmed.
