Untamed Utterance (UU) Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Untamed Utterance purchase! If you're not satisfied, we're here to assist. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached, and include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Eligible Items: Most items are eligible, including t-shirts, shorts, pants, and hoodies, unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items: Promotional items, hats, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return

Contact Us: Email info@untamedutterance.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
Receive Approval: We'll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship to the address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return, after inspection.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items: For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, at your choice.

4. Exchanges

Sizing not to your liking? No sweat! Simply send your item back to us in its original packaging and unworn condition, shipping label provided by us. Once we confirm the condition of your item, we will send you the correct size.

For size exchanges, return shipping is covered by us.
